I apologize for being so quiet, away and unreachable. Things have been crazy here.
I'll spare the details and just give cliff notes.
1.) I broke up with Logan. 2.) After being videoed and showing my psychiatrist, I have been diagnosed with yet another mental illness. Bringing my total to five. The newest being dissociative identity disorder. 3.) Got a new bun. Lola went to live with Brent. Got her at four months and that was about a month ago. 4.) Been sleeping a lot. I'm on max dose of all my meds and the Latuda x Gabapentin cross in particular has been kicking my ass. The others work in the background. Zoloft, Trintellix and Lamictal. 5.) Have been reclusing. Just haven't been social.
So. Yeah. That's where I've been. For those of you who are still around and still care about the bunnos, Sage is still alive and in good health. He's going on two years with me and he's about to be two and a half in December. :3

I have been on all those except the lamictal. I was always scared of the rashes. But yeah latuda can be a tough one too. Made me just want to work out. Which is def not me. Lol
@Renaci I never got a rash with Lamictal, and I'm on the highest dose they can treat you with. But my psychiatrist did warn me about the possibility of a rash. I just got lucky lol
@PhantasmOfEcstasy And my ex had DID it's... unique. But we tried to have fun with it at least. Some of the alters would come out and eat her snacks and leave her with an empty bag. Lol
@Renaci I had bruises all over me from Brent trying to hold me down on the bed to keep my alter from killing myself. She's incredibly combative and she is hell bent on killing "us". Me. Whichever. I didn't believe him at first. I thought I went to sleep and was just missing time. He got me on video and it was the strangest thing I've seen yet.
@PhantasmOfEcstasy The best way I've learned to deal with them is to treat them like any other person. If one is suicidal they are that way for a reason. Cause they are created to take the brunt of the abuse so they end up with trauma as well. So you have to help them through it if you can ever get them to a point where they can trust someone enough to open up about what they are going through. So yeah I you ever need to talk. Any of them too, I'll listen. It's hard but it's doable. Also leave a notebook out and give them a means to write or draw to be able to build communication with you. My ex hasn't really been bothered with it for years now. They seem to be all reintegrated now. Which is the goal of therapy for it.
@Renaci I appreciate the advice. My psychiatrist has found me a trauma therapist that I start working with in November. It's my hope that the dissociation and this alter me will become easier to control or live with as I go through it.
@PhantasmOfEcstasy The main thing right now to is stay on top of the meds. That will actually to calm yours and the others emotions. Once those are more manageable is when the therapeutics and dealing with both of your traumas start.
