After comparing it to my documented genealogical history (established family tree) dating back to the 1500s in Spain/France we found it matched perfectly. The main grouping (Mediterranean) confirmed the haplogroup heat map finding provided by 23andMe as well as National Geographic, and the percentages given were icing on the cake. I have to say this was an exciting and welcome treat on the road to my complete self-discovery of who I really am and encourage others to do the same. I'm basically a science-oriented person and found this all incredibly fascinating.
Looks like your long list there was compiled over years of study and I encourage you to try 23andMe as well for further discovery. Oh and I forgot, both 23andMe & National Geographic show how every human being on earth has up to 4% neanderthal/Denisovan caveman genes in them, which adds a whole other dimension to the human journey. DM me if you want to know more.
