@samueltyler2 yes I know. I think it is both a sinus bacterial infection and lung virus. The nasal drip runs mucus into my lungs at night. Still coughing up thick grey mucus from lungs and yellow was running out of my nose.

@Ozdharma have they/used tried nasal/sinus lavage?

@samueltyler2 yes I do at home and they have given me a rinse kit I am using 3 times a day. I had a sinus op earlier this year to remove polyps. Sinus issues have been life long, I have had 3 ops. First 2 were to remove abnormal turbinate growth and disease and to open the passages into my forehead.
