Looking at the profiles of a huge number of young women on this site, I think you're in a minority. Many many list "older men"
MorbidCynic · F
@ArtieKat what? I’m sure those profiles are older men living out a fantasy. Statistics say women prefer partners around the same age as them.

@MorbidCynic One can't actually believe anyone here. But I don't know where you're getting your data. This supports what I would have guessed: https://www.pewresearch.org/short-reads/2020/01/03/globally-women-are-younger-than-their-male-partners-more-likely-to-age-alone/

@MorbidCynic what is considered around the same age

@fortycreek
Personally, 5 years or less

@ArtieKat it only mentioned slightly older, no significantly older. Sorry but a 15+ age gap is VERY uncommon
MorbidCynic · F
@ArtieKat most of the studies are based on male preferences and hardly speak of female preference
MorbidCynic · F
@ArtieKat adding statistics from poor countries is a cheat. Those women aren’t marrying for love.

@MorbidCynic depending on where your age is at some, my gf is 6 years younger and i dont think anyone would even care, so 5 or less i believe is not accurate at all, over 10 might raise an eyebrow but i really don't think it makes any difference when people are middle age
MorbidCynic · F
@fortycreek you asked ME what I think. I gave you my opinion. Get over it.
MorbidCynic · F
@fortycreek or just read the articles I posted. I’m not going to accept your weird age gap relationships regardless 💀 this post is just me telling people what I think

@MorbidCynic
"A total of 70 men and 67 women participated in the study."
Statistically speaking it's not a significant sample of global norms, is it?
fortycreek · M
@MorbidCynic well im going to move on from this, what you think is age gap and articales is not out of line with rational thinking
MorbidCynic · F
@ArtieKat look at the second link I posted.
Statistics from 3rd world countries aren’t going to show age PREFERENCE. Marriage statistics mean nothing. Marriage in those countries aren’t for love.

@fortycreek is NOT out of line with rational thinking? So you admit I’m the rational one? Nice.
