I personally do not, but many people do suffer a type of spiritual lag when they are changing their frequency, it’s important to try and ground yourself when you are feeling this way frequently.

As far as what density we are living in I think of it as our sense response. We have 5 that we are aware of.

So if you live from only one or two it can be very bland. If you are waking up a sense like your 6th then it can become earth shattering to some. For most it happens very gradually.

It's been a while since I believed there's actually something like real connection. It's really just in our heads. But that's okay, even illusions can be sweet and feel satisfying.

I’ve never felt recently connected to anyone

With the ones I feel connected, even if I disappear or we distance each other, I still feel that connection.. But that's rare. With most people I don't feel anything. I rather don't see them really but still wish them well. Just don't want them to mess with me.
So it's like a feeling of being invisible
