Do you recently feel disconnected to others?
I have recently felt this way. I thought it was jist me, but I heard someone explain that many feel this way as we slip out of the 3D

I personally do not, but many people do suffer a type of spiritual lag when they are changing their frequency, it’s important to try and ground yourself when you are feeling this way frequently.
As far as what density we are living in I think of it as our sense response. We have 5 that we are aware of.
So if you live from only one or two it can be very bland. If you are waking up a sense like your 6th then it can become earth shattering to some. For most it happens very gradually.
