Finally leaving

My gf is away and coming back tomorrow evening, basically spent the entire weekend packing all my belongings and putting them into storage so that it would be easy just to get go when the time comes. Feels very surreal doing this at all. The last thing to do is to break the news that I want to break up with her. I have no idea how I would go about doing it.
