I found this intriguing.

I was reading the book Extrodinary Knowing by Elizabeth Lloyd Mayer and came across a most insightful piece where a four year old after being read a traditional folk tale about a king's court of wise men debating if stars actually existed.
The girl explained that it wasn't a story about stars but about people's eyes and how many eyes people have.
For her we have night time eyes that see the stars and daytime eyes that see the sun. And she goes on about how it can't be night time when it is day time and reverse. Daytime eyes can't see stars and night time eyes can't see the sun.
