@Nebula Let us count the ways -- a half dozen deaths including my partner of the last 11 years; diagnosed with Stage 4 prostate cancer; a car, refrigerator, and dishwasher dying on me; loss of income from a rental unit for yet another year due to Covid restrictions on evictions and then repairs for the trashing the tenant left behind.
