Holding on to the past

Do you find it hard getting rid of old items? Children’s baby clothes, a particular top or memento that reminds you of a special time? I do, to a fault. Why the heck am I holding on to a particular sweater from 2013 or an empty perfume bottle?

I do. I find it really hard. Especially items from loved ones. I have been reassessing how I am going to go about getting rid of somethings as I don't have much space and want to minimize.

It is hard to get rid of these things. They are so comforting but bring up so many feelings all at the same time. @almondflour
