Probably the touch I'll never forget..never knew I needed. And also my most embarrassing moment. Well not really. Few weeks ago I was having..personal stuff
Daughter was having meltdowns. One my favorite co-workers came in and asked me a question and i guess I just had this look on my face because she just reached down and hugged me. And suddenly the flood gates opened. I mean full force. She just hugged me whole time rubbing my back. 🤦‍♀️
I felt better though

@Bexsy i have been taught never to show weakness, but, recently i have learned to let go and just cry it out. I have to , because if i keep it bottled up it explodes into anger with me. Its never easy to let someone see your vulnerable side!! You are a wonderful person Becks!! You deserve BC....you are so welcome!! 🤗

Work has a little gym for employees. I sometimes use the punching bag and speed bag. It is soooo therapeutic
My son actually got me on that

@MoonlightLullaby yes, they do.....ive been through so much in life that i want to show and share that i have no bitterness from my past....ive learned lessons and now its time to move on and share. I still falter, but, i get back to myself. 🙏🌷
