Strength in vulnerability

Too bad when you express your feelings people act like your a lunatic and avoid you.

I heard this in a movie that true strength Is kindness without fear of reprisal

Only caveat I would put to this is that you cannot show your vulnerability to everyone. There has to be discernment of knowing with whom we can express it with.
The strength is for ourselves. Because it takes courage to show ourselves to another.

People make fun of people that show sensitivity are unfortunately.

I'd rather show a false weakness and let them think they have the upper hand. But that's just me.
