Yeah but only in online debates when it gets distorted for some reason. I think others do it on purpose but not everyone.

@iamonfire696 How can you know? That's what would help me out personally. I just think that when a person does things like that, I just assume they have something going on neurologically rather than on purpose. But I do feel like some people do it on purpose.
