Amazon stock at $27 a share. Bozos was on CNBC whining about the stock price. Now that stock bounces between $2600-$2800 a share but doesn't pay dividends.

I've got a few REITs that pay out sweet dividends monthly.

@Iwillwait Most all of them. They're registered with the IRS to pay out 90% of their income to share holders.
