@PhoenixPhail yeah I know what you mean, I get too emotional and cry easy, can be embarrassing lol 🙈

@Fairydust I do the same. I DO need to cry more though, get the feelings out.... As a guy, I was taught to not do that, and it's hurt me. x

@PhoenixPhail 💯 agree, men need to let it out, I think it’s good to see men vulnerable and cry. 😌

@Fairydust It's also much healthier than holding it in.
It's just so hard to get beyond that early-childhood training.
