CONGRATULATIONS!! Toyota! Stay away from dealers or find out which have a good reputation for fair deals. Take it to a garage and have it checked out FOR SURE before you buy it. It may seem like a real pain to fool with, but in the end the few extra dollars you have to spend to do that will be well worth it! You'll be so glad you did. They can tell you whether it's worth the money or not. Also check and see if it's been in a flood. They have to divulge that information. And make sure there's no liens on the title, that is a clear title. And don't pay them for title and registration!! You can do that yourself for a LOT less money. And get your OWN car insurance. Make sure the car has a great warranty. Shoot for mileage around 70,000 on a used car. It can be done. Change the oil faithfully, every 3000 miles, and have the tires rotated I think its every 60,000 miles. Very important, so they don't get too worn in one spot.
