What is something you wish you could change about yourself?

I wish I could kill the heart and become cold. In time, I'll become the monster people want me to be.

I don't want to be the guy who's empathetic or the guy who gives his heart to end up shattered.

I wish I knew how to tell people it doesn't have to be this way, but so many disregard me, even though I've lived it since I was 5, and I'm pushing 43.
