How do you supress your emotions?

Easily, absolute poker face and then a crazy meltdown once per month when all the emotion comes out

I don’t, I deal with them.

I don't. I'm just selective about where I release it.

Generally it starts with attempting to express them, then realizing the individual doesn't care.

I’ve been doing it so long it’s second nature.

I try to rationalize in my head. “Is expressing that going to make this worse? Is it going to drag the moment out?”

Compartmentalization. Find a distraction that tucks them away until I can give them their time.

Just by refusing to acknowledge them. ☺️ It’s a wonderful thing.

Retail therapy

I don't like to show negative emotions in real life because people always tell me I look happy. But it's bad because I will hold back crying once, then cry for something silly later

Push them deeper

By dying on the inside

I kick them into a box and pretend they don’t exist

I don't. I'm on a natural high. 🙂
