@RogueLoner Laughs. I wouldn't care about that. Either you like me for who I am with all my insecurities, failings and quirkiness or you don't. *shrug* One of my failings is I always used to expect everyone to be as real as I am and mostly they just aren't. Huge lesson learned there recently.

@LadyBronte It’s tough finding a good match with any health care provider; even more so with a therapist. Hope you’ll be able to find someone offering tele-health appointments with whom you’re compatible.

@KuroNeko A regular GP would do no good. There are no quality therapists here. For that I'd have to drive 2 hours one way which is not sustainable.

@LadyBronte I really hope that when you are ready you will reach out and find something to help. Even if its self help and just changing thought patterns, relaxation methods or whatever.

@KuroNeko Those are already in practice. They help some, but don't make a substantial difference. It is what it is.
