What would you do and where would you go?

You are out and your phone rings. It is the fire department. Your house has burned down. Everyone including pets are safe, but the house is a total loss. Where would you go? You have to live and sleep somewhere? Could you make it? What would you do?

@empanadas Do you have a Radon detector? Would the renters know you was there or do you have a secret basement they don't know about?
