Ugh!!! I used the last of my teriyaki and soy sauce to make stir-fry sauce
And I accidentally got too much cornstarch in. Now my sauce looks all thick and starchy but if I add more broth it will be too weak flavored. 😩

It’s better to throw out a messed up sauce or soup than to try to fix it. Mostly that’s the only way to avoid fixing what eventually becomes a mediocre fixed dish hung.
