I Am Sick Of Making The Same Mistake Over And Over Again

I used to have a very good memory. But my brain remembers everything except my mistakes. I'm prone to repeat my mistakes again & again. My sisters are very upset, they just done with me. Doesn't care about me anymore. It also the source of all misunderstandings. There's something wrong with my brain and I don't know how to fix it. :'(
