Overthinking

My overthinking has gotten so bad it has even changed me as e person. It killed my happiness but in the end I was always right. It has also made me insecure about the people I love.i overthink about the future thinking I won't be able to make it. I think about the day me and my best friend will have to part ways. Even though it has it's good sides. I think I'm getting mentally sick.
