Realizing that my past experiences have made me an extremely paranoid person

And I always think of the worst possibility in every situation and react accordingly. If I don't let out the reaction I get an anxiety attack. If I'm in a situation that I can't control, I get an anxiety attack. Most situations involve my relationship with those around me, and my anxious attachment style.
I think I need hobbies. To get my mind off things. I'm getting more and more depressed. I can never reach my goals if I fall into depression again.
Now I'm starting to get missed beats where it's like my heart stops with a jolt and then starts again. All due to stress.

To my eyes you are a strong girl with Great potential. The rest you are talking about sounds like a scenario to fill the gaps while you are slowly building up ...I hope you won't perceive me as dismissive.. I'm not.. I'm sharing another view of your situation seen from a little further...
Trust in yourself a little more, trust in life and don't worry.. just do what you need to do. A hobby sounds like a good idea... Any preference ?
