Yup, groups of people go with charisma over substance and it's extremely sad, and I'm talking about everyday life too, not just politics.
I've seen first hand, a group absolutely fall in love with someone just because they were verbally entertaining, but it was like, you guys do realize, outside of talking, they literally do absolutely nothing right?
Even cooking (not that we needed to cook) but the most complex thing they made was coffee and breakfast cereal.
But when it came to doing all the little things at work, they knew absolutely NONE of it... like not even who to ask on that subject....
But the mass group of people only paid attention to 10% of the work, and that was the talking parts... and they had charisma, so they were loved despite CLEARLY being the weakest part of the team. Even if you doubled their overall output, they would probably still been the weakest on the team.
But they were loved.

The weirdest part is that some of the most loyal, honest hearted and loveable people who exist have 0 Riz and make a terrible first impression.

@Fishy wish people would learn to look past things like that after a while

Better work on your charisma
2000 years or so, it'll get resolved any minute now. humans always respond perfectly to reason and demonstrable facts. over time.

A good salesman can make you believe whatever he’s selling. Even if it’s BS.

It's crazy how Jordan Belfort went back to what got him arrested in the first place and people still buy into his scams
