It's not easy and it won't happen overnight. You have to challenge your way of thinking. When you feel like someone is judging you, ask yourself "what if my assumption is wrong?" and "what evidence do I have that they are judging me?"

@sahi81 Sadly, there will always be people who do judge others harshly. You can only try to be kind to them and hope that they will change - for their own sake.
I think the real problem for people like you and me who fear being judged is that we automatically assume everyone is doing it. That is the way of thinking that we have to challenge.

@Freetime UK or italy... I don't feel safe in india and india have lot to work on towards women rights and safety. I heard Italy is also conservative but not as much as india. If not possible to move to other country, I can go to highly developed areas in my own country than my area which is medium developed.

@Freetime some see leaving as wrong and some don't. Many seem jealous if i want to go to western or european country lol.
More people might judge me for my goals or culture can make it hard for me to remain child-free or try to date in my ways here, not impossible though.
Western or european countries are have more choices than try to fit into one box here.
