I haven't been going to gym. Instead I started drinking again. I have paid full 6 months for the gym. But now I don't go. I wish I could find motivation and start taking things serious.
Morning is better for you, particularly if you can get into the routine of going at the same time an hour or two before work.
Work will generally make you feel tired anyway, so you won't put your best effort in after work - then you can go to work, come home and Netflix and chill before bed.
Try and go first thing of a morning. It really wakes you up and sets you up for the day. Yhen later 0n you do feel tired so hopefully will want an early night.
@fakable I joined the gym with someone. I used to go in the morning. I have a full time job. So I think of going gym in the evening but instead of that I go for drinking. I will go early morning.
