I Feel Like a Failure

I am about to quit my job. After only 5 months. I wonder if i will ever find something that i like. And relly its not even about me not liking this job. I have an issue that is debilitating, No one knows about it but i cannot deal with it any longer. Im on lunch and i feel like just leaving and going home
