I Need More Self Confidence

I went to work at a place where I thought I'd gain confidence. It's had the reverse effect. I'm going for an interview elsewhere but I'm worried that my extra self doubt from being in the work place I'm in will add to me not getting the job.

It's all BS "worried" - "self doubt" I know this and yet I still feel it. And I needed to get it out.

Just be as prepared as you can,and write notes down for the interview,will help when feeling nervous

@SW-User I was fine once I was at the interview. I realised I didn't care about getting a new job and I like where I am lol. Was feeling rubbish in the morning plus nerves lol
