some thoughts on regret and mistakes

strange at how regrets make you feel. I always think about how a few seconds before you did the thing u regretted u were fine. once you do the action there is no taking it back even though just a few moments before everything was still and calm and in the next second it is not. it is in those moments it feels almost as if you can time travel and go back a split second but alas you try and realize you can't and u are forced to live with that regret that can eat you up inside. we all inherently make mistakes and have regrets but it is how we evolve from those mistakes that defines our character and morals.
