The worst ever. I tried to end it all and was put in the hospital when I was 18. I was there for 3 months. It and my Buddy saved me

I've gone pretty darn low. As deep as a deep pit, in my mind. But it's NOT healthy to dwell on those moments. Celebrate, instead, the moment that we ROSE up out of that pit.
