How to get self confidence?
My self confidence has cracked up after long time of abuse at work. I really feel like I am weak and easy to break.

Adding to the building door's Answer, we all work for the capitalist class. Looks like the capitalist class always always has a nexus with the governing body and thus, capitalist class earns a favour from the Governor (President).
In return, capitalist class has a duty to keep the normal people busy in working hard, earning much, live a fake lifestyle and die without questioning why the one who is ruling is ruling. Why policies are going out of America, why are Foreign nationals being called in here to work at low wages, why the countries can't ban the countries supporting Russia, etc. They work on carrot and stick policy.
You work more, you make new iphones and you get much salary. The same salary you spend in buying that iPhone which some of you actually made.
To sum up, don't you worry about what people say about your work. Concentrate on yourself more than what these people have an opinion about you.
