How to get self confidence?

My self confidence has cracked up after long time of abuse at work. I really feel like I am weak and easy to break.

How can I built my self up?

You just have to remind yourself how good as a human you are. People who abuse you or hurt you ain't worth you. Never overthink. Your smile can do wonders.
