How to get self confidence?
My self confidence has cracked up after long time of abuse at work. I really feel like I am weak and easy to break.

I posted something about work the other day myself, and I can only sum up the significance of work-related-abuse by quoting one of the answers:

So yeah. They do it on purpose to keep you moving faster and faster like a hamster in a wheel. You HAVE to realize that it's strategic on their part, just remind yourself that, so that you can care less and less about it. It never stops wherever you go. You just gotta keep turning a deaf ear and realize that it's not YOU, it's them.
