I know this man at work is interested in me. He uses any chance he can to touch my back or bump into me...

He knows how old I am and that I'm single now. But every single time we have a chance to talk just the two of us he's tapping away on his phone and doesn't even know I'm there.

It's good because I recognize that as avoidance/distraction. Him being interested, but not enough to reach out at an appropriate time isn't gonna cut it.

Seems dumb I guess but this is a growth moment for me to be healthy and not chase someone for scraps like I normally do.

I guess he's kinda odd. If I were in a situation like that I'd be making eye contact and engaging.

@Mudkip he does that sometimes. I can't tell if he's shy maybe, but I can tell he feels the magnetism. Who knows maybe he's got a gf.

@MarbleMarvel maybe. I remember going through something similar with a coworker years ago. But I absolutely loved making eye contact with her, and I knew what I was doing to her lol. But yeah, maybe he's shy or has a gf.
