Feeling stuck and disappointed with myself - seeking advice

I'm a 22-year-old guy, and honestly, I'm feeling pretty disappointed with myself right now. It's like I'm stuck in a rut and not making any progress in life. I know I'm being lazy and not fully committed to making changes. I've tried to turn things around before, but whenever I hit a roadblock or get lazy, I tend to give up. I'm aware of my flaws, but it's tough to fix them because I lose interest and motivation quickly. For example, I tried learning a new language, but when it came time to watch the tutorial videos, my body just felt drained, and I couldn't bring myself to keep going. To make matters worse, it feels like my life has been on the same track for years without any real achievements. I'm not moving forward, and it's like I'm going backward. It's frustrating and disheartening, and I just want to break out of this cycle.

You're at the wrong place. 😅 Those who managed to break the cycle are no longer on this site. The last thing you need is an addiction to social media.

No, seriously, you need to know what you really want and work on it. It might take much more time to you than to an average person because you might get sidetracked by depression, a temporary shift in interests etc. but if you're serious about the thing you'll get back to it and pick up again where you left off.
