I Cant Change the Past But I Can Change My Future
My past has some darkness in it that I can never eliminate. My future is tinted as well, but I try every day to lessen the shadow.

When your mind goes back to muddle over what someone did or said, then you do have a choice how long you mull, you can stop you, catch you in action, the more you catch you, the easy it gets.
