I Cant Change the Past But I Can Change My Future

My past has some darkness in it that I can never eliminate. My future is tinted as well, but I try every day to lessen the shadow.

once the past is shared with whom we choose, then it has less impact..that is emotionally! that can be a difficult thing to do...yet it speaks for itself, it then has less power over us...be gentle with yourself...and good luck..
