People use you for money only.

I learnt so much through pain, the darkness lead me to light, through all of it, maybe how strong I really am and that I’ll never give up, I see the pain as something positive now.

Hmm.. Probably humility.
But I am more of the mind of Miram and Gibbon, we can attach meaning to anything. But they are both part of the human condition that we all experience.

It taught me that I needed to take care of myself more and stop giving my energy away to doing things that’s not good for me.
Renkon · M
@Simulation If only more people realized this earlier in life.
Simulation · 31-35
@Renkon It was a hard lesson to learn. I wished I could have learnt it earlier but the kid I was probably wouldn’t have listened back then. At least I’m glad I was eventually able to realize it.

The best thing I learn through pain is the true value of joy. ☯

Don't stick anything in their backdoor without asking first... it can be extremely painful if not properly prepared.

That even though I bend, I don't (and won't) break

@Tumbleweed oh yes
Miram · 31-35, F
It is meaningless. You attach those meanings yourself. And just like you attach them to pain, you can attach them to joy..even this one.

Change is necessary.

Younger family members often die too soon.
Renkon · M
@rinkydinkydoink Really?
rinkydinkydoink · M
@Renkon
Maybe I misread the post? There is zero joy in losing any family member let alone one or more younger than oneself. I lost a niece 2yrs ago and just found out her middle daughter of three died 2 weeks ago.
The truth being - any death will negatively impact any family.

@rinkydinkydoink wouldn’t blame you for feeling that way after your losses.

never trust anyone except yourself
Renkon · M
@lonelyloner Wow, you must have gone through some eye-opening experiences to come to that conclusion. That must’ve been tough, huh?
lonelyloner · 31-35, F
@Renkon true that changed my life totally
NoGamesTolerated · F
@lonelyloner That is true in so many circumstances.
