The homely office girl is very excited for tonight's Christmas party because she is yearning for romance..

Where I work there is a lady who is disadvantaged in the facial department and also she has too great a circumferential area to her and spends all day yearning to be lithe and comely like some of the other girls.

She knows she will never attain eye candy status but she still hopelessly aches for love and all of that type of stuff. It's so sad, she is the only one excited about tonight's Christmas party (it's prolly her only social engagement all year) and has delusions of romance.

@LeopoldBloom Besides all of that,the motivations behind this gathering dont seem to add up..According to his story,nobody wants to attend this party anyway,but they all do out of some sense of obligation to a woman that he claims they all see as unattractive and feel pity for? It doesnt make logical sense.
