What is one thing you don't like about yourself and what are you doing to change it?

I dislike my anxiety which makes me act awkward and make mistakes. I am trying to calm myself down before I react to situations where my anxiety becomes triggered.

@SW-User I can definitely relate. Meditation is helpful for me to calm my mind of this useless anxiety :)
