Changed from full time to part time permanent at work and it's so much better

My plan for reducing my income is working well and I get a much better work life balance as a result. I don't need/want OT (overtime) or to work FT (full time). I've abandoned saving to buy a house (I'm 54 now) so I'm prioritising differently with a view to renting forever and ceasing work completely in the next 15 to 20 years (between age 70 and 75).

I get more time with my daughter, and next year I'm changing my contract to drop more work hours to have my daughter more after she starts school.
