Look within more often..

..may actually learn something.

If the majority of our time is spent looking at others, worrying, analyzing and policing their behavior, we will have little time for self awareness and improvement. Our own motivations/behavior. Or even projecting our faults onto others. We NEVER change or fix anything by concentrating on others (perceived) issues. Focusing there doesn't strengthen our own mental or emotional maturity and intelligence, it weakens it.

I have been working hard on this for the past few years. Progress is slow because it’s so deeply ingrained that I am worthless and alone if no one likes me. It has been the truth at times, especially concerning my family. But I continue to face myself and look deeply at the behaviors I want to change 🖤

@RebelFox Aw it's hard for us humans, I know. We have to face some truths.
But I respect your attitude immensely and your effort. I always see you as smart, this proves it. 💝🤗
