how do you keep your ego on moderation, daily?

And I mean in a healthy way, because I have seen how junk food, drugs or sleeping around, can keep it in tact..🙊

Practise compassion like it’s going to save your life one day

@SW-User there doesn’t need to be any boundaries with compassion in terms of you feeling it. It doesn’t mean you have to go letting people walk over you. You can understand where someone is coming from for example, without letting them just yell at you.

You don’t need to see someone as “the enemy” in order to put them in their place…so to speak.
