I was given a strong drug for my acne as a teen

Pretty much as soon as I took it I was hit with this counter reality idea that girls never liked me which I blamed on a health condition that I couldn’t change and it quickly turned into everyone not liking me. I had been told the drug would ‘give me a bit of depression’ and my parents said there was no way it could have effected me and I was just at the age where I become conscious of things.

Turns out the drug has been on the FDAs top 10 most psychologically destructive drugs since 2006, and that it causes depression, mood disorders and psychosis which can remain a long term condition. I was then put on an anti depressant famous as being the one that Joseph wesbecker took just before going on a killing spree. I was then put on a second medication that causes Pseudobulbar affect which is otherwise caused by brain injury
Sorry to read that you experienced such destructive treatments.
What strategies are you using now to help heal yourself?

Suicide is such an irreversible decision. Why not postpone it a bit until you've tried other options?

Is there any way to return to her and explain how and why you panicked? Maybe she might accept you back. If she doesn't, grief does take time to fade, especially if it's your first serious love.

Maybe you could consider trying temporary comforts like time in nature, getting a dog, or exercise. Or distractions such as classes in art or music, or volunteer work.
Volunteering to assist others can create a feeling of purpose and meaning.

It’s gotta be Accutane. I did 3 or 4 rounds of it when I was a teenager. I blame it on my craziness now. 😂
