March 1st is Self Injury Awareness Day

Self-harm awareness matters because so many people are quietly fighting battles we can’t see, and they deserve understanding instead of judgment. 🧡 If you’re struggling, your feelings are valid, and reaching out for help is a brave and important step—you are not alone, and support is available. 📞 In Canada and the U.S., you can call or text 988 to connect with a trained crisis counselor any time. I used to self harm and was finally able to stop. People were very harsh with me about it. But it helped me get through some very difficult times where those people wouldn't show up.
