It keeps getting worse. I harmed myself today but I couldn't even do that properly and I feel like a failure. Is there a way to relieve my stress? (except drugs)

I use to self harm when I was your age and well into my 20s. Therapy was the only thing that helped me. Healing from past traumas. I definitely had a toxic upbringing and it still effects me to this day. I stay positive think of the glad half full not empty. Positivity goes a long way. You'll get thought this girl
