I Am Battling Self Harm

I wonder how long it will be until I stop relapsing. I'll stop for weeks or months until I do it again. This is getting frustrating.

It’s a hard battle to fight. I haven’t done it in many years (I found a different outlet) but I still have strong urges sometimes
