Just tell her you're going for the whole duration of the concert starting at 1, and if she wants to meet you there when she's ready, she is more than welcome to.

No, she's being unreasonable. Even moreso if you've paid for this gig. Stick to your guns. If she has other commitments then she's the one who has to adapt or sacrifice, not you.
