13 Year Emotional Block

For just over 13 years I haven’t been able to cry done to an injury, so now sadness is an unknown numb feeling. If I can’t express on feel it how do I deal with it

@Livingwell my emotions have been some what scrambled, although it’s mostly Sadness I’m struggling with.
